Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To do this:

  • Email us at hello@fidgettiers.co.uk with your order number and details.

  • Return the item(s) to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

 

We will refund you the product price (and our standard delivery cost if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your returned item in unused, resaleable condition.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, at your cost (unless faulty).

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • Returned items will only be accepted with a  valid  RMA number (issued by us)

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at hello@fidgetiers.co.uk within 14 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage if necessary.

Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.

5. Returns

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your account.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
