By accessing or using our website and making purchases, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from us.

• You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• All content, including product designs, text, graphics, and images, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without our permission.

• We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

• Colours may vary slightly due to monitor/screen differences.

• All products are 3D-printed in-house and may have slight natural variations due to the printing process.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. (see Returns &  Refunds)

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, ApplePay, and Payment Links (where applicable)

• Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, excluding UK public holidays.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

In line with UK Consumer Rights:

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, at your cost (unless faulty).

• Returned items will only be accepted with a  valid  RMA number (issued by us)

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and details.

• We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

• We offer a recycling program for all our products to help reduce landfill waste. Full details are available on our website.

• We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and provide customer service.

• We will not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law.

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

• Our products are not toys and should be used responsibly. Keep away from small children unless specifically stated as child-safe.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
